Studio 157 Main Street is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Studio 157 allée de Hambourg is open Wednesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, Saturday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please note that Studio 157 remains closed on public holidays.

You can arrive at Studio 157 15 minutes before your appointment time.
Studio 157 accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of your belongings. We recommend that you keep your personal belongings with you.
Gift Certificates
Studio 157 gift vouchers have no expiry date. However, when issued for a specific treatment, the value of that treatment is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Unfortunately, gift vouchers cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft.
Late booking and cancellation policy
Reservations are recommended. Reservations can be made online, by phone or directly at Studio 157 reception.
If the schedule allows us to reschedule your appointment, we’ll be happy to do so. However, if this is not possible, here are the repercussions of the delay:
- Less than 5 minutes – Customer receives the entire treatment
- Between 5 and 15 minutes – Customer receives treatment according to time remaining
- More than 15 minutes – The treatment is cancelled and the cancellation policy applies.
Exchanges and refunds
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-replaceable in the event of loss or theft. It is, however, transferable.
Following your purchase, you have 30 days to request an exchange or refund, including Canadian sales tax. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. No exchanges or refunds will be issued for products with a broken freshness seal or promotional items.
In the event of an allergic reaction, please contact us promptly so that an esthetician can contact you to assess the situation.
Transport and parking
Gatineau aera – 348 Main Street
Public transportation: There is a bus stop near the intersection of Main Street and Saint-René Boulevard East, about a 4-minute walk from our branch.
By bike: A bike rack is available in our parking lot.
Hull aera – 10 Hambourg Lane
Public transportation: There is a bus stop nearby, close to 418 Plateau Blvd., about a 2-minute walk from our branch.
By bike: Bike racks are available at the AGORA project public square.
Gatineau aera – 348 Main Street
Yes. We have a private parking lot large enough to accommodate our customers, as well as two spaces reserved for electric cars and a charging station.
Hull aera – 10 Hambourg Lane
Yes. The P1 outdoor parking lot is the closest parking lot to our location and is free for Studio 157 customers for up to three hours. Our reception team will give you a validation coupon when you check out so you can exit the parking lot at no charge. You can also access the underground parking lot if you want to go directly to the spa via the elevator or stairs. Please note that there is a charge for underground parking.
Person with reduced mobility
Unfortunately, no. Our facilities include stairs, landings, and a treatment chair that is not adapted, which means we are unable to adequately accommodate people with reduced mobility. We apologize for any inconvenience.
