The price displayed for each product is for a single product, unless clearly indicated on the product page in question. The use of two or more boxes of the same product on the same photo is only to facilitate product information, for example, instructions and directions for use in English and French.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Delivery charges and applicable provincial sales tax (PST) and federal sales tax (GST) are extra. Prices of products displayed on the website may differ from prices offered for the same products in store.

The Studio 157 online boutique reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered on its website at any time without prior notice.

Orders are processed within 1 or 2 days from Monday to Friday, on working days (except public holidays) and subject to stock availability. Shipment by Canada Post with delivery time according to the delivery method chosen by the customer, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Delivery charges vary according to the destination address, as well as the weight and dimensions of the package. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not currently deliver internationally.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we send you an e-mail confirming shipment and a tracking number. You can find out where your parcel is at any time by visiting www.postescanada.ca.

Orders shipped to Canada will include all applicable federal and provincial taxes based on your province at the time of checkout. Refusal, failure to claim or delivery to the wrong address. If you refuse to take possession of your package upon delivery, it will be returned to the Studio 157 online store. Delivery charges for this return are at the customer’s expense. The same applies to packages unclaimed after one or more delivery attempts, after a certain number of days waiting at the post office counter and packages delivered to the wrong address given by the customer or with an incomplete address.

If a product does not correspond to your order due to an error made by the Studio 157 online store, you must notify us immediately and return the item as soon as possible so that the order can be rectified. Return the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number provided by us. No returns are possible on opened (unsealed) products. If a product is truly defective, it will be checked and replaced free of charge.

Any item returned must be in the condition in which it was shipped, i.e. in resalable condition. All products must be in their original packaging, with their labels still in place if applicable. From the date of receipt, you have 10 days to contact us and request a return authorization number for an item you wish to return. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. The item must be carefully packaged in an appropriate shipping box, protected from shocks and crushing caused by the weight of the mail. The item must be shipped by a carrier (Canada Post, Fedex or other) offering a tracking number and insurance corresponding to the value of the item. Your item will be reimbursed within 72 business hours of receipt. You will be notified by e-mail, but it may take two or three days before your credit card statement is processed.

In order for us to process your refund, the returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number. It is strongly recommended that the return authorization number be indicated on the package, which must be shipped in an appropriate, shockproof and crushproof manner. The item must be shipped by a carrier (Canada Post, Fedex or other) offering a tracking number and insurance corresponding to the value of the item. Your item will be reimbursed within 72 business hours of receipt. You will be notified by e-mail, but it may take two or three days before your credit card statement is processed.

Upon receipt of your package and verification of the condition of its contents, we will exchange or refund your purchase, including Canadian sales tax, if applicable. Please note that, depending on the shipping method used for the return, it may take up to three weeks to receive and verify the package.

If you need to make changes to an order you have just placed, please contact us. You must have your order number on hand. In addition, it may not be possible to cancel the order if the package has already been delivered to the carrier.

Before sending us your damaged item, we invite you to contact us to provide details or photos of the damaged item. This will help us determine the nature of the problem and how to proceed.

Sometimes a package can get lost in transit. Here’s the procedure the Studio 157 online store follows when this happens.

We use the services of Canada Post to deliver your parcels. If a package is lost, rest assured that we will do everything necessary to follow up with Canada Post.

Canada Post has 10 working days from the date of the claim to give us an answer as to whether the parcel has been found or is lost. After the tenth day, if the package is lost, we will either return the products to you in a second shipment or, at your option, refund your money. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
