Terms and conditions

The Online Boutique of Studio 157 is an authorized reseller of Aquafolia, Cellcosmet, GM Collin and Yonka products.  If any information is required please call one of our esthetician.



The price for each product is for one product only, unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page. The use of two or more units of the same product on one picture is for practical use only, for example, side information on a product in english and french.


 Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and subject to availability of stocks. In general, it will take 10 to 20 days to ship an item marked "Not available" or not in stock at the time of preparation of the order. We will send an email to inform you of the deferred order.


All shipments are packaged carefully to ensure the protection of  the content during transport.

Delivery times begin when the order is received by Canada Post. Conditions beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc..) can cause additional delays, for which we can not be held liable.




Shipping made by Canada Post with a delivery time depending on delivery method chosen by the customer, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping fees vary depending on method chosen, the destination address, as well as weight and dimensions of the package. No deliveries will be made ​​in a Post Office Box



Presently we do not ship our products worldwide.


Tracking a parcel

Onceyour order is shipped, we will confirm the shipment by email with a tracking number.  You can at any time track your package by visiting


Sales tax

When concluding your transaction, orders shipped in Canada include all applicable federal and provincial sales taxes depending on your province.


Unclaimed parcels

Unclaimed parcels, parcels for which delivery could not be completed, parcels not accepted buy a client or delivered at a wrong or incomplete address are returned to us by the carriers. The client will then be responsible for all shipping costs.


Wrong item

If a product does not match your order as a result of an error by The Online Boutique of Studio 157, you must notify us immediately throught the the Online Boutique of Studio and return the items as soon as possible so that the order can be rectified. Return the item in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number provided by our sales services. The Online Boutique of Studio 157 will then be responsible for all shipping costs (return and reshipping of the right product) as a result of the error.


Return and refund policy

There is no possible return on open products (unsealed). If a product is truly defective, it will be checked and replaced at no charge.


Condition of the goods

All returned items mustbe in the state in which it was shipped, in resalable condition. All products must be in original packaging with their labels still in place, if applicable.  The Online Boutique of Studio 157 reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in a resalable condition.


Time, packaging and return shipping

From the date of receipt, you have 10 days to contact us at through the Online Boutique of Studio 157 and request a return authorization number for an item you wish to return. Transportation costs of the returned item will be your responsibility. The article should be carefully packaged in an appropriate shipping box, protected from impact and crushing caused by the weight of mail. Parcel will be shipped by common carrier (Canada Post, FedEx, La Poste or other) with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the article.  The refund of your article will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving your package. You will be notified by email, but the transaction could appear two or three days later on your credit card statement.


Supporting documents

In order to processyour refund, the returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the return authorization number. It is strongly recommended to indicate the return authorization number on the package.


Method of refund or exchange

Following receipt of your parcel and verification of the state of its contents, we will exchange or refund your purchase, Canadian sales taxes included, if applicable. Please note that according to the shipping method used for the return, allow up to three weeks for the receipt and verification of the package.


Refund payment

We will notify you by email of the amount refunded to your credit card. Please note that banking transactions can take two to three days before being placed on your account. The shipping costs for delivery of the order and its return to our office are not refundable. You will pay all shipping and handling fees for the returned package.  Shipping and handling fees will be charged for the item exchanged and shipped.

Order modification and cancellation

If you need to make changes to an order you've just placed, please the Online Boutique of Studio 157 and indicate. It may therefore be impossible to change your initial order.  Also it might be impossible to cancel your order if it has been given to Post Canada.

Damaged Items

Before you send your damaged item, please contact us at the Online Boutique of Studuio 157, to provide us with details and pictures of the damaged item. This will help us determine the nature of the problem and determine the next steps to take.

Your personal and credit card information are encoded when transmitted to  The Online Boutique of Studio 157’'s server  to protect its integrity and confidentiality during transfer.

The Online Boutique of Studio 157 does not store any transaction information regarding credit information. Therefore, you must submit your credit card information for each new transaction.



No product can be bought in order to resell in a store or online.
