Cancellations and returns

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving them. For all reimbursement or exchange, an authorization number must be obtained from an Online Boutique of Studio 157 representative.

The returned products must be intact and preferably in their original packaging. The invoice and the authorization number must accompany them. No return or exchange will be accepted if protection seal is broken.

The buyer will be responsible for the delivery charges of the returned products, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

Upon receipt of returned products, and after verifying their condition, any sum debited from the buyer's credit card account for the products in question, except delivery charges, will be credited.

Product lost in shipment

Sometimes a package can get lost in its transit.  Here's how the Online Boutique of Studio 157 proceeds when this occurs.
We use Canada Post for delivery of your package.  When a parcel is lost, rest assured that we will follow up with Canada Post.
Canada Post has a deadline of 10 business days from the date of claim to give us an answer to whether the parcel has been found or if it is really lost.  Following the tenth day, if the parcel is lost, we can return the product in a second shipment or, if you prefer, we can reimburse you.  You will be kept informed throughout the process.
