Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. This controlled pressure alleviates the source of the discomfort. These pressure points are reputed to connect directly through the nervous system and affect the bodily organs and glands. The reflexologist manipulates the pressure points according to specific techniques of reflexology therapy. By means of this touching therapy, any part of the body that is the source of pain, illness, or potential debility can be strengthened through the application of pressure at the respective foot or hand location. Lomi lomi (massage Hawaïen)

The word Lomi Lomi simply means massage. It is a unique healing massage derived from the ancient Polynesians and more specifically the master healers of Hawaii. Also known as: "dancework or hula movements". This type of massage is meant to purify and revitalise the body's energies inspired by the four elements which surrounds our universe: air, earth, water and fire. The Lomi Lomi massage will increase your resistance to viruses and bacterial infections in a significant way by boosting your immune system. Due to the deep stimulation of the body's defence system, the Lomi Lomi massage will increase the patient's recovery more rapidly.

Lomi Lomi helps release the blockages, whilst at the same time giving the energy new direction. Thus Lomi Lomi is not just a physical experience; it also facilitates healing on the mental, emotional and spiritual levels as well. Deep tissue therapy massage

Deep Tissue Therapy is a technique which concentrates on the deeper layers of muscular tissues. Massage under the rain

This massage is given while lying on a table under a soft warm rain and begins with a gentle sea salt body scrub. Shower heads are aligned above the table and distribute the water while the therapist performs the massage. The shell is a 100% real Tiger Striped Clam shell, hand-selected in the Philippine Islands from the South Pacific for size, shape and structural integrity.

The shells are composed of calcium carbonate, the same material found in our bones and teeth. The shell is polished and sanded, but its natural surface is white and ridged, with a rough, almost chalky texture. The color patterns present in the shell come from the nutrients the shell has absorbed throughout the clam's life. Each shell's pattern is as unique as a fingerprint.

Because the shells are calcium carbonate, they give off calcium ions naturally when heated, which are transferred directly to the skin during the massage process.
